Late breaking bulletin

kukla_redSlight change of plans. David's bosses are being dickish again and have now reneged on their approval of his extra days off next week, so we will both be coming back on Monday. I knew something was wrong last night when we went to dinner, but he wouldn't say anything. As usual. Sometimes the man drives me crazy.
Quick update on my adventure with da Sparrow yesterday. We had a great time being girlie. The bra place was fabulous! Incredibly INDREDIBLY expensive bras, but the fittings were SO worth it! Neither one of us were wearing the right size. It seems the secret is tthreefold: wear your bra MUCH lower than you have been - just above your waist, lengthen those bra straps so you can wear the band lower and wear a smaller band size than you think you need. I went down 2 sizes in band, one in cup size. Sarah was waaaaay off but we both walked out wearing new, great-fitting bras and felt very snazzy. Then we walked over to First Avenue and found a nail salon and both had manis and pedis. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Took the train home and David picked us up and we had the aforementioned dinner.
The car is almost loaded and I need to grab some breakfast before we go. Have a great weekend all... I am taking my laptop with me after all, so I might be online...
