You're not a Bill or Hillary fan, are you my friend? Nah. I get a little perturbed at Bill not being more "pro" Obama, but on the other hand, he has said that this is what he was going to do until after the Global Initiative thingy in NY is over. Then, he's going to campaign. And, he was great on Jon Stewart last night. I like Maureen Dowd, but don't agree with her here even if it is entertaining.
In a way, just Bill's visibility over the past week has been a good reminder to people that they were better off before Bush was in the big house. If he were outwardly campaigning when he said he was out there for a different purpose (i.e., the Global Initiative), there'd be some backlash for that too. I miss his intelligence and ability to speak without reading notes, but there is a lot I don't miss.
That being said, he is the best politician that I've ever seen. And, it is that quality he identifies with in Sarah "I'll shoot whatever comes my way" Palin. THAT is scary.
