Regrets, I've had a few...

Yes, I know my philosphy - taught to me by my beloved Uncle Sonny - is that regret is a waste of energy and emotion.  I believe that and I try to live by that credo.  However, in ruminating over the course of my life, I find that I do have some regrets, things that I wish I had a "do over" on.  Here is a short list:

1. I would have taken better care of myself.
2. I would have focused more on what makes me happy and less on what makes other people happy.  This is a lesson I am still learning.
3. I would have aimed higher.
4. I would not have gone to see Gordon Lightfoot in Buffalo in the winter of 1977.
5. I would not have gone to The Apartment bar in Merrick, NY on January 16, 1982.

Five isn't bad I guess.
