My boyfriend rocks!

So I was going to ignore Valentine's Day because we've had a few and so far they have been less than successful.  I've got a guy who loves me, tells me so everyday and shows it in so many ways.  Am I going to pout because he doesn't "do" Valentine's Day?  No, I wasn't and I didn't.

But this morning, on my last lazy day home, there was a ringing of the doorbell and this is what I found:
